By downloading or using the Pomoro app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Subscription Services
The app offers the following paid subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription — Monthly billing, unlocks all premium features
- Annual Subscription — Yearly billing, unlocks all premium features
- Lifetime — One-time payment, unlocks all premium features forever
Auto-Renewal Terms
For Monthly/Annual subscriptions:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period
- Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew and the fee will be charged
- The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the subscription period ends
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings after purchase
Canceling Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Open iPhone/iPad Settings
- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Pomoro"
- Tap "Cancel"
After cancellation, you will lose access to premium features at the end of the current subscription period. Early refunds are not available during the subscription period.
Refunds
All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
Premium Features
After successful subscription, you will get access to premium features including: ad-free experience, custom timer durations, more theme options, advanced statistics, and more. Specific features are as shown in the app.
Intellectual Property
All rights to this app and its content are owned by the developer. No part of this app may be copied, distributed, or modified without permission.
Disclaimer
This app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Use of this app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Terms Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will take effect upon posting in the app.
